Meet Brad Armes
Founder
My heart has always belonged to the farming community. If you ask me what drives me, I’ll tell you it’s the people. Raising my family in Canfield and being back among the fields reminded me of what matters most: community, trust, and real relationships.
I started Farm Wealth to do things differently,
by putting relationships first and taking the stress off families who give everything to their land. I believe the best work happens sitting at the kitchen table, getting to know people beyond just their operation.
I’m proud to walk alongside local farmers as a trusted friend, partner, and advocate through every season life brings.
Meet Kyrsten Norman
Operations & Client Support
I grew up on a livestock and cash crop farm just outside of Jarvis, where I developed a strong appreciation for agriculture and rural life. I was an active 4-H member for several years, participating in both agricultural and homemaking projects. I currently reside in Delhi with my two wonderful children. We love spending time outdoors, enjoying nature, exploring new places, and making the most
of our time together as a family.
I graduated from Fanshawe College’s Simcoe Campus with a diploma in Business and Accounting. Since joining Farm Wealth,
I have continued to build my knowledge
and education in the financial and investment areas, allowing me to better support and assist our clients.
Meet Adam Young
Operations & Client Support
My childhood consisted of barn chores, tractors, and mowing hay as I grew up with two sets of
full-time farming grandparents just outside of York, Ontario. Those early years of farm exposure led me to the University of Guelph: Ridgetown Campus’ agriculture program which I graduated from in 2018. Shortly after wrapping up my time at Ridgetown, I spent five years working in AG business buying grain and selling seed. My time spent broadening my understanding of the commodity futures markets caused me developed an interest in economics, driving me back to school for another round. I am currently wrapping up my degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Guelph. I look forward to my continued involvement in the agriculture community in my new role at Farm Wealth.
